Old school is not to be dismissed. This is a Falmouth standby where tourists are as warmly welcomed as the natives. Decor is clipper ship interior with snug booths and an overflowing bar. Oysters chowder lobsters and great burgers //. The owner has opened a real gem of an Italian restaurant in North Falmouth - Bucatinos which is not to... More

Each had a bowl of chooser - clam of course - and shared an order of fish and chips - both were as good as it gets! We should highly recommend this place

We went to The Quarterdeck on recommendation from the innkeepers where we were staying. We ordered wine. My husband got an assortment of fish and shellfish for his entree, which he loved. I got the gluten free (not fried in a separate fryer) fish and chips. Mine was absolutely excellent! I really enjoyed the food. I definitely recommend reading the... More

Lynn and I and friends stopped for lunch recently at Quarterdeck Restaurant. We each ordered the Seafood Pot Pie ($16) which was loaded with scallops, fish, shrimp and lobster. It was oh so good. We considered a small lobster roll, but at $24 it just wasn't as tempting. I would definitely return to the Quarterdeck.

On a visit to Falmouth we decided on The Quarterdeck for dinner. We noticed it was full of locals - a good recommendation! We got seated quickly and the server was excellent. The menu was varied with a children's menu as well. Seafood was excellent - especially the fish pie, lobster rolls and lobster salad. No room for dessert but... More

We went to Quarterdeck Restaurant on the recommendation of our timeshare host. It was simply the best dinner we had on the Cape. The blackened scallop appetizer is to die for. Hint. Order the baked scallops and ask them to sear and blacken first. Simply amazing. On weekends the prime rib is the largest we ever had. Very tasty and... More

We visited here because we were craving lobster. The waitress convinced us to go for the baked, stuffed lobster. Tons of lobster meat, stuffed into a whole lobster. The tail was definitely better than the rest Not as flavorful as Pacific lobster, but still good. Friendly wait staff

We enjoyed fresh scallops, lazy man's lobster and seafood casserole. Scallops and lobster were amazing but the big surprise was the seafood casserole. There was a hearty portion of scallops, lobster, shrimp and haddock in an amazing sauce topped with a light puff pastry! Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly. Bar/pub atmosphere at the front and dining room at the... More

Even though we were 90 miles from home, we expected to see people we knew at this rustic, dark but friendly pub and restaurant. We were seated immediately but the service was slow. The Portuguese Soup was overly salty but it was similar to what my grandmother made. The salads were quite ordinary and the seafood was fresh but bland.... More

Waitress checked with us several times on how we were getting along. Very light crab cakes, seafood "pie" just had delicate pastry square to side. Bowl loaded with seafood.
