My husband and I loved Betsy's. We had a leisurely late breakfast here while in the area. Betsy's had been highly recommended by the staff at our hotel. I am glad we did not miss this stop,
Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The decor of this diner is a throwback to old style diners. It was warm and inviting and worth the visit.

The blueberry pancakes were to die. They were huge. The bacon was excellent. My husband had a Western Omelette. This is an old rail car. Our waitress was efficient and we didn't have to wait long to be seated or served.
Good food at reasonable prices! Daily specials provide excellent value. Their pancakes are plate size, light, and delicious. A full order of French toast is four whole pieces, so unless you are really hungry, order the short stack.
