This place has been around for many years. The food, drinks and staff are all tip top. It is a very "Green" establishment. If you are in the area, you will be well served to stop in for an excellent meal. Then you'll want to...More

Atmosphere was great as well as the beers. Recommend for those that like different types and flavors of beer. Thanks for the good time, Rick & Cheryl

Stopped while passing through for lunch and beers. The beer was good, as was the service; our bartender was super friendly. I had a burger, that was super thin and 'ok' but i'd not order again. It said it came with fries but they were...More

Stopped for lunch and a couple of beers. Friendly place, good atmosphere. Menu was simple and straightforward. Burgers were the skinny "smashed" kind that a lot of places are doing now. Asked for tomatoes on them and didn't get any either because they were out...More

Looks a little like a hole in the wall from the outside and at first glance the menu looks like standard fare, but this is a whole different level from your typical brewpub. Excellent beers, even good cider. The food is traditional favorites redone really...More

Happened upon the People's Pint in search of a brew pub on our way back to Vermont. A bit intimidating from the outside, but relaxing once inside the door. Good food and pleasant service. The brew did not disappoint!

Thanks for the review! I have to ask, what was intimidating from the outside?

We had lunch here and I was blown away with the Vegan and Vegetarian choices. I finally settled on a veggie burger that was great. The beer is out of this world.

We go here often as locals. I've been with family (kids, grandparents), friends, and on date night. The place is relaxed, with a friendly vibe to it. The cider is always interesting, and the beers on tap are fun to try. I am vegan and...More

Hi there, what do you mean exactly by "beer sampling"? If you mean do we offer flights with several small pours all together, yes we do. If you mean something like a beer tasting event, no we don't really do that. Hope... More

We brew our own beers at our brewery on Hope Street; we bake our own desserts; and our bar and kitchen menu has a variety of meals and appetizers that we hope will satisfy you. Whenever possible we serve organic foods supplied by local growers and producers. Our dishes are oriented around seasonal New England fruits and vegetables supplied by local farmers. Our priority is not only to provide you with fresh drinks and tasty food but to do it with as little waste as possible. You might notice that no disposable plastic and a minimum of paper items will appear on your table. Also, you may be pleased to know that all kitchen and dining room food scraps are composted and all plastic, cardboard, paper, glass and metal is recycled. Our brewery grain is fed to pigs and goats in Gill. As a result, even on our busiest night, we have not disposed of more than one barrel of trash. We hope that the knowledge of your participation in this ongoing act of environmental goodwill enhances the time you spend at The People's Pint.
