The Benedict Florentine and the Huevos were both very tasty, and the meltaway was also a nice, and not overwhelmingly sweet, sweet bread appetizer. The service was forgetful and slow enough that we watched people get up and leave. We weren't in a hurry and didn't mind asking for everything twice or three times, but we could feel the tension... It is not as good as it once was. They no longer offer the free melt away as yo scan the menu and the use potato chunks versus home fries.
This bun is the best bun I've had in my life. You have to ask for it I think, didn't see on menu for the diner. However, they also have a bakery and it's there too. Worth the wait to sit down...pancakes amazing too! Great rich, strong coffee as well!

Breakfast was good - eggs Benedict Florentine. We also split a melt-a-way which the restaurant is known for. It was tasty though not the best pastry. I am glad I gave it... More
