On a Sunday drive to celebrate Mother's Day we opted for the always crowded hangout Old Forge. The ambiance is dark and dense but we managed a window seat with ambient light,. There was a ball game on the TVs in the bar. Overall the pub is a better destination for Father's Day. The watering hole is best known for... More

Locals seem to like the place but I was not happy with it at all. They do not give refills on diet soda as it cost me $6 for 3 average size glasses. I ordered the spare ribs and they were extremely dry and tough. They were very hard to eat and for $18 I would expect far better. Waitress... More

Of the 80+ reviews I have written on this Trip Advisor I have never given a negative review. But my experience at this restaurant was so unacceptable I just had to post it. My family, ESPECIALLY MY KIDS WERE SHAKEN after the manager, Trina, came over to our table when we had a question about the bill. Our question, simple,... More

Food was okay but not great. Definitely a locals hangout. Lots of beer on tap and okay wine selection.

Got into town. My sister-in-law picked this place because we couldn't get into John Harvards. Party of 7 was able to sit fairly quickly which was good. We were in the basement. I ordered the french onion soup and a chicken salad (cranberries, walnuts blue cheese). The soup wasn't very good. Very salty. The melted cheese was good. My wife... More

Went here last year with friends on an off peak ski weekend and loved it. Went last night at the start of the Pres Day weekend, and was met with a 30 min wait. No big deal and to be expected. Got seated and the server was nice. Unfortunately the food was a big miss last night. Apps (mozz sticks... More

After skiing all day at Jimini Peak, it was the PERFECT pit stop before heading back to the hotel. The warm cozy atmosphere makes you feel your right at home! The wings and French onion soup were awesome, not to mention the great beer selection. Highly recommend!

If you like BEER come HERE! Great selection of bottled and draft beer. Enjoyed the food but the ambiance is very cool. Definitely a place to stop into if you finished skiing at Jimmy Peak

Wife and I visited the Olde Forge Restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner. The inside of this restaurant is filled with memorabilia from all over. We spent almost our entire visit looking around at all of it. They have hundreds of different beers (enough to fill a beer menu). I ordered the Grilled Garlic Rosemary Steak. The menu states that... The food here is very good, as is the service. If you go there on a Saturday night, you might have a slight wait. It's a very popular place.
