Always a pleasure. Breakfast, lunch, dessert, salads, pickles.coffee is always great. Read the paper as you wait, and oh if you forget your purse, no worries when you go back it will be where you left it. It's Mattapoisett, it's special.

The Galley has become a regular weekend pleasure. The soups are fresh and not over-salted. The sandwiches have just the right amount of spice and flavor. No room for dessert, but take something home for later!

We feel a little foolish that we just discovered the Shipyard Galley. It has been around for a while. During the cold ,winter ,days and nights of New England ,people have a tendency to stay close to home. This is how we discovered the Shipyard Galley. We stopped for lunch in Feb. The deli items were very creative. They also... More

Great place for lunch, catering or a prepared dinner. They have a huge variety of specialty sandwiches. My favorite is the Miller Special -- pastrami, cole slaw, havarti. They also make wonderful baked good -- the macaroons are amazing. They salads are delicious, too.

Friendly staff. Will definitely come back if in the neighborhood. Highly recommend for a quick... More

Always good sandwiches with a large variety to choose from. Call ahead for easy pick up as it is usually busy. Check out the glass cases for a variety of salads..... sweets..... and entree's... A favorite is their macaroons dipped in chocolate. While there pick up a local free newspaper... Sippican News or The Wanderer to find out what is... More
