In spite of a change in management, this place continues to charm! Fabulous scones, biscuits, cupcakes, muffins. AND canneles bordelaise, twice baked brioche and croissants! Brunch on weekends includes eggs Benedict on cheddar chive biscuit! Good weather permits seating out front on the little square. Very European.

I love their macaroons! And they have great other pastries too that I don't even know their names. Most people probably go for their coffee too, but I never had it. They also have some takeout sandwiches and pasta that are fresh and convenient. They have seating both inside and outside. On the outside, they have dog bowls of water... More

We ate here on two occasions and found the food and service excellent. The filter coffee was very good with the added bonus of free refills. We loved it.

This is an informal place that has both indoor and outdoor seating. It is on a lovely street. Our family spent a couple of hours on a mini reunion. There is a variety of food that was quite good. Recommended.

We had a nice time here, this place is rather small so the noise is high. I had an omelette, it was delicious, my husband had the salmon scramble and he loved it, the kids had grill cheese(no mustard) they finished it so good sign there, how ever my 12 yeard old had a cinnamon bun and she said it... Feed the meter generously -- you'll want to sit and enjoy your visit. Have tried many of the scones, pastries and breads... any one is worth the trip. Nothing is too sugary -- instead full of flavor and tender of crumb. Order at the counter to eat outside or inside. Coffee is truly delicious -- try a latte and a... More

I always end up ordering the chicken curry sandwich because it's so delicious. They are located around the corner from the T station and bus stop, they must do a great dinner business as well. (Heard their homemade soups are terrific.) Also saw they have a breakfast menu for those morning commuters. p.s. Nice outside area for the warmer months... More

Something for everything including gluten free (although not celiac safe due to cross contamination). Very yummy coffee and good selection of teas. Always friendly and professional service.

We recently had lunch at Bread and Chocolate, and felt the need to affirm its excellence with a TripAdvisor review. For starters, the coffee and baked goods are the best around. Sandwiches, soups, and salads are always tasty. The owners, Eunice, and Steve, are omnipresent, involved, and eager to please. Make sure to try the grilled cheese---amazing.
