Pretty standard Chinese restaurant menu but better prepared than most, with less oiliness, and responsive to requests to make a dish milder that they have listed as spicy. No matter how long they say a takeout order will be to prepare, it's invariably ready in much less time.

I have been getting Lunch take out at this restaurant for many years. They have recently changed their take out menu to spring tools instead of egg tools. Also they seem to be giving you more rice and less entree. But for the price, you get an app, soup, entree and fortune cookie. Good choices for lunch

Always a good choice for Take Out. Our food is hot, not salty, good quality of ingredients. Consistency, keeps us coming back. Good job!

Three 'of us ate here after going to the movies across the street. We all have different tastes with Chinese food' however, we all do like spicy. The ordering was left up to me and my friends were very pleased with the selections I made and felt that it was a good balance. We started our meal with spare ribs... More

First taken there by local Chinese food maven and have been returning there as our local preference.

Friends ordered take out from Shing Yee. None of us were very hungry so we stuck to appetizers. Two orders of chicken wings, an egg drop soup (which I thought would be a quart for the price, but was a pint) and - as they had no dumplings (?!) the shu mai, which were very good. Arrival was somewhat slow... More

This restaurant has been a standby for us -- for lunch specials and the occasional takeout dinner. The staff is wonderful. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been disappointing, in the quality of the food and the overall value. New chef, perhaps?

The atmosphere is quite and calming it is a smaller restaurant the wait staff are very attentive and the service is very fast. The food is fantastic, they have so many options to choose from they can make it in many different ways to suit your liking. They have fantastic hot tea on every table. The can do large groups... LOVED the scallion pancakes!!! SO GOOD. All the food here was great! What I liked the most, it was greasy, which is a big problem with lots of chinese food. The crab rangoon were perfectly crisp. We ordered the chicken wings well done, but they could've been cooked a little more. They weren't raw but our personal preference is very... More

They have all of the standards -- General Gau's Chicken, Orange flavor beef, Crab Rangoon, etc. etc. It is all perfectly fine for what it is. Prices are fine, food is consistent.
