We stopped in here spur of the moment. Our server greeted us promptly and was very helpful in narrowing down our dinner choices. My favorite is Singapore noodles (a rice noodle with a spicy curry sauce, pork, chicken and shrimp. My companion ordered pork fried rice and garlic chicken and vegetables. Both meals arrived within 7 minutes, were hot and... More

Service was fast but the quality of food and preparation has gone way down. Something like sushi and cold noodles deserve precise and attentive preparation... it was minimal at that... this place use to be much better.

I have had mixed luck with Teapot, but the last time I was there will be the last. Service was slow - it was lunchtime but there were only a few tables occupied so there was no excuse for this. I did not eat very much as the food was pretty awful and I did not take it home. Save... More

I always want to stop in to the Teapot because the food is good. There's sushi/sashimi for my husband and I and traditional Chinese for my son, but the place could use some cleaning and renovations.

Five of us were in the area for Christmas and with limited choices for dining out and went to the Teapot. Kind of laid back on Christmas day with just a few patrons. We had five different items off the dinner menu (I recommend the Hunan Calamari) and though all were great. Even the Vegan was pleased. Liked it so... More

We walked in the man at the door did not smile and barely spoke. Our first engagement with the waitress was rude, she did not say a word, not even a hello. She just dropped two glasses of water on the table and walked away. It was not crowded. I had sushi box B and my daughter had Gereral Tso... More

Rolled through town aftwr Yankee Candle. I wamted something dufferent, wofey wanted Chinese... So, we had Chinese. LOL. It was okay, service was dreadfully slow. The food was good, despite the wait. In my opinion, there are better choices in Northampton, but a definite need for a Chinese joint downtown. Ina pinch, do it... Or skip it, whatever.. You aren't... More

The best Pad Tai in the valley in my opinion!!! Delivery service is excellent as well and that they stay open later then most oriental eating establishments is also a plus.

We were in town for a big family wedding and ordered after hours. I was appalled by the pu pu platter. It was the smallest one ever. The chicken fingers were atrocious and not the typical batter. There was one crab Rangoon. The boneless ribs were over cooked as were the beef sticks. The only saving grace was the pork... More
