Yhe chef and owner is from the Pompeii area. He cooks in a traditional wood fired brick oven. Everything is cooked to order. Pricing is on the high side, but there is no skimping on the quality of the food. Excellent wines, salads, deserts. There are daily specials. One of the best in the Berkshires

Loved the lighting and feel of this cute little Italian restaurant. The bread was amazing, and hate to say this...but my husband and I ate two bowls of that delicious bread! The menu isn't very big...but everything is hand made and you can tell when it comes out! My husband ordered the ravioli, and it was for sure the best... More

We went there early on a Thursday night. For some time we were the only patrons. We had decided to try it because of their Winter Promotion. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good.

This is a "go to" restaurant for an excellent meal in a very quiet and quaint setting. Wait for the " specials " before ordering as they are terrific.

Our first time here and we will go back when visiting Berkshires. We both had the veal chop, which was excellent, although side veggies were not quite as good. Opened with a salad and soup special, both of which were very good. Atmosphere is truly beautiful.

Cozy, warm atmosphere. The chef, Davide, makes everything in the woodfire oven he built himself. Fresh bread made every day is hard to stop eating--it's that good. Try the ravioli's with balsamic vinegar. The smell is intoxicating.

I knew we were in for an authentic treat the minute we entered this warm cocoon of a restaurant. Soft lighting, brick walls and the scent of garlic, basil & roasted tomato welcomed us. Food was as promised and inspires a return visit despite the uneven though friendly service.

We are up in the Berkshires every year in September and usually frequent the old, familiar restaurants, whether we love them or not. This year we decided to try out Trattoria Rustica and were very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent; very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was very good, ample portions, and nicely presented. The ambience is warm and... More
