Nancy's Air Field Cafe at the Stow Airfield is the kind of local restaurant that every small town needs! Good solid food, well prepared, served by cheery, friendly servers, and very reasonably priced. A wonderful extra attraction is the view of small private planes flying in and out on the airstrip just outside the windows -- but Nancy's Cafe would... More

On a whim, we decided to stop in for breakfast on a cold, crisp, sunny, Saturday morning. We had never been there, despite living close by, but have heard about the delicious breakfasts and great views of airplanes taking off and landing. Our mid morning timing was good because we were immediately seated at a window table in the back... More

For some reason, cafes at small airports have great food, and Nancy's follows in that tradition. I guess the way you that you know the place rocks is that it's hard to find the place on a map, and harder to get a table for weekend brunch. Get there early or be prepared to wait. The eggs are perfect. The... More

I believe this place is overrated. I ordered a cafe breakfast and the toast was lathered in butter!! Surely give the customer the option to put butter on the toast. Secondly the coffee was over percolated so not fresh.

Imagine Pilots Landing airplanes in the morning due to gas up at Nancy's Airfield Cafe and grab a cup of coffee and you will be front seat watching as they perform they're aerodynamic maneuvers... fresh food from local farmers is served in this lovely New England setting and of course not every palate will be satisfied but seriously this is... A lot of small airports have a coffee shop on the premesis. Some are better than others. "Weekend fliers often use a meal as an excuse to fly, renting an airplane and flying an hour each way to visit an airport restaurant. Because rental airplanes used to cost about U.S. $50 per hour, such trips and their associated restaurants are... More

We had a large group which included small children. The service was great and the food was delicious. Great spot for a treat after visiting Honeypot farm for apple picking.

What a hidden gem this place is! 1/2 hour from home but would drive much farther. Excellent cuisine - taste, quality and presentation. Exceptional service, great atmosphere. Easy on the wallet too!

Chef/Proprietor Nancy McPherson has created a rare Cafe ~ a peaceful Oasis that beckons the harried with hospitable staff that welcomes you and cooking that makes you want to come back for more.

Large picture windows offer panoramic views of air field activity, birds feeding and flower gardens while the rotating display of local artists’ work freshens the ‘Main Deck’ dining room.

Sourcing ingredients locally whenever possible, Nancy puts her touch to familiar classics as well as international and seasonal dishes. Most of her offerings include fresh herbs plucked from the kitchen garden by the door. Pestos and oils extend Cafe herb use into the winter.
