Four of us had dinner here last night. What a great place. The menu is so diverse, it was hard to choose. We had shrimp cocktail, oysters, clams casino. Our friends has the prime rib, and the scallops. My wife had seafood trio, and I had the short ribs. All were outstanding. Upon leaving, we went into the tavern to... More

We tried this during restaurant week last week. The inn is lovely and has an old world feel to it. The meal was great.. We had interesting salads and my husband had broiled seafood which surpassed his expectations. Lovely prompt service. Would happily return.

We began our dining experience during Restaurant Week with a French martini which set the stage for a wonderful dining experience with the ambiance of "olde Cape Cod". We chose the dining room because we enjoy looking out over the lovely garden area; however, the additional tavern and individual rooms were filled with dinner guests, also. Our lobster bisque starter... More

Great ambiance and exceptional food. I chose one of the Mothers Day specials: grilled scallops and shrimp on pappardelle pasta with a citrus basil sauce w/sliced almonds and red pepper shavings: excellent, creative light and delicious! My husband had duck, which he enjoyed but has had better. Great house salads, and we shared a large slice of excellent carrot cake.

This charming old coaching inn has stood the test of time with flying colors. Toile wallpaper adds a touch of elegance to the dining room. We came for restaurant week, with a $35 3-course menu. The lobster bisque was rich and velvety, though it could have been warmer. My friend enjoyed her shrimp and scallops over pappardelle with orange-basil pesto... More

My daughter offered to take me out for Mother's Day dinner the following Tuesday and I selected the old Yarmouth Inn. Had not visited for over 10 years so I wanted to see what all the hype was all about. We opted to eat in the dining room. However there's also a small red dining room to the left as... More

The Old Yarmouth Inn is always a treat no matter when you go. It being restaurant week just makes it even better. For $35 you get a delicious three course meal that includes a starter (choose from several great selections), and entree (an equally impressive list of tasty entrees) and several delightful desserts. But first the basics. You can make... More

We visited in May for their Sunday Brunch. We were are large party of 15. This is the 3rd time I have enjoyed the Brunches which are really full meals. Shannon was our efficient hostess and as always does a great job. It was very busy there in part due to a wedding reception taking place. We ordered the Belgian... More
