I am from California where Mexican food is as plentiful as hamburger. No shortage of excellent restaurants there. I was pleased that Quatro Amigos located on Midland Street. Food is always consistent and the ambiance is very traditional. It is our "go too" Mexican restaurant.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Bay City. Lots of choices too! My favorite is the seafood chimichanga. Food always comes out fast. Beautifully decorated inside with lots of seating available. I've always had great customer service too.
The Mexican food comes quickly, too close to the free chips and salsa to ensure a profit. The servers barely speak English, which reduces the profit margin from alcohol. If I want Mexican, this is the restaurant with the best selection.
I went to this restaurant with a group of ladies. I'm not a fan of Mexican food so I ordered the cheeseburger. Surprisingly the cheeseburger was good! The ladies told me their food was good also. I just wish there were more adult nonMexican choices.
