We were disappointed to find the Berry Patch was permanently closed, signage removed and facility boarded up. The visitors center told me they are no longer operating.

We had breakfast here as we were leaving Copper Harbor. The place is small but very welcoming. Lots of local flavor in the decor, patrons and waitstaff. Great place to stop for a meal.

Small ice cream with a friendly server/owner. We enjoyed the ice cream and the servings were large and very reasonable priced.

We used to stop one or two times when traveling to Copper Harbor. Last summer there were new owners. Super friendly and have the tiny shop spotless with the beloved thimbleberry and bilberry sundaes. We thought this would be great! This year no sundaes just...More

A few years ago I went to the Berry Patch. They used to serve incredible ice cream sundays made with homemade berry sauces. Now it is just ice cream. There are no berry sunday options. A huge disappointment for the whole family.

A great place for ice cream, gelato, shakes in Copper Harbor. Very simple place. Outdoor seating. Closed Wednesday's.

Decent ice cream, fairly expensive considering it's the same ice cream all over the UP. Cute place and a nice stop.

Really good ice cream! Family owned and operated. Regular favorites available as well as unusual local mixes.

This shop was the perfect place to enjoy a few ice cream cones over the course of our stay. There were always at least 6-8 flavors to choose from. Prices were a bit higher than expected, but it IS the only ice cream shop in...More

Unfortunately this place has changed too much. Prior to this owner this was the place to stop as they had a very unique and creative menu. Made it better than the other place in town that also sells the same Jilberts ice cream. Now all...More

Description
This ice cream shop is run by a couple that put a lot of themselves into the business. The ice cream is delicious and the wild berry toppings are unique.
