Thankfully, we came on a Saturday when lobster bisque was on the menu. Sublime., So excellent . I could dine on this every night. As was the key lime pie... The best key lime pie I have ever tasted outside of my own 5 ingredient...More

Stopped in at Howe's Bayou, after going to the Octoberfest. What a great little Bar. We got the Gumbo and the Bisque soups. What an excellent choice this was our first time going to the Bayou, both the soups were so flavorful and delicious. The...More

This place is good however not really anything to run home and brag about. But i can say the Gumbo YaYa is really good. Do not seem that they purge they oyster long because they had a gritty taste to them. If you LOVE cheese...More

I live in Ferndale, and this is my favorite restaurant. Knowing that, several friends arranged a reunion from high school and 6 of us ate here at dinner. Joseph and Kirk took good care of us, arranging wine, meals, etc. for us according to our...More

Had the crawfish chowder and crawfish etouffe - both were very similar (with the later being a thicker and spicier version of the first) and tasty but not spectacular. Good sweet cornbread accompanied our dishes. The Voodoo shrimp was very good.

Two of us got sick after eating here. I had a long talk with the manager who finally admitted that some of the rice was suspect. He offered a $100 gift certificate, then I asked him "would you ever goalkeeper to a place that made...More

We go here often as it is close, comfy and yummy. I usually get the jambalaya but have had several items on the menu and they are all delicious. They serve bottles of wine without huge mark ups too!
