I was in town for work and asked a guy at my hotel where to go. He rattled off the usual chains and then Uccellos. Not recognizing the name I asked. It is an ultra local family owned chain. This location used to be a steak place according to my Uber driver. I had the chili and a beer. Chili... More

Came to Uccello's for lunch and a little March Madness basketball games. Great bar and Italian restaurant with custom pasta dishes and some of the best pizza in the Grand Rapids area!! I ordered a Pesto Pizza Fritta topped with Pesto, mozzarella, grilled chicken, tomatoes and toasted pine nuts on a thin dough fried crispy. To Die For!!! The bartenders... More

Service at bar was good and attentive. Food was good. Good selection on menu, Caesar salad and Rosemary Chicken were tasty.

It was the first restaurant I tried in Grand Rapids, it was around 2:00 am. I think it was the inly place opened and it was a good point. But I didn't enjoyed the food. It was cheap by the way.

Menu options were great and the service was fast! If you have a group of 10+, call ahead and they will assist with getting a table held for you. The nearby hotel we stayed at made the recommendations to try Uccello's. We are happy we did!

I took my kids, and we were impressed by the lunch buffet. It was just $5 for them. Service was in the slow side, but it was busy holiday season. They have a separate bar side and restaurant side.

Uccello's does nice calzones, unfortunately we're not big fans of that type of food. Their pizzas are also fairly unattractive to us, although we know a lot of people like brick oven type pizzas with burned crusts. Again, not our thing. We had burgers and they were OK. Just wanted to try the place, we can see why some people... More

This is where I went for my first family outing with the boyfriend, Will always remember how I ate my half of the cal-zone much faster than he did!

We waited 15 minutes for a server without so much as an acknowledgement. We flag down a hostess, as she was seating a new table, and asked her to send our server over. A server greets that table immediately. We ask for a manager. Someone named RJ came to our table. Very insincere. Very unaccommodating. Uccello's has lost 2 loyal... More
