I don't recommend this restaurant for a group larger than four if you hope for timely seating. Although they don't take set reservations they do take priority seating requests for larger parties. This said, my opinion of the priority seating is......It's absolutely terrible. We had a priority seating request that went one hour and fifteen minutes past it's time. Its... More

Arrive hungry, and only go here if you are a meat eater! Great for families with hungry meat loving teenagers, not for young children. We went as a couple for a special occasion and ordered the 24oz sirloin. It is actually on the menu as a single meal item. We paid extra to share, and got an extra salad and... More

This is a unique experience to cook your steak yourself on a heated black rock at your own table. Our waitress, Janice, was funny so I asked if we get a discount for cooking our own food. lol. Order the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms as a starter. Go early as they get busy

We went to Black Rock last night for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, most of us ordered steaks to cook on the stone. We did have a few tasty appetizers, I would recommend the Bubbling Shrimp on the stone. Our waiter explained how to prepare our steaks and the fun part is that you cook your food... More

Wasn't sure about this place due to the way they cook their meats. They serve it to you on a 750 degree hot rock partially raw at your table and you finish cooking it the way you like it on this very hot rock. Your hostess will explain how it's done. This part when my Son explained it to me... More

My family and I have been here many times. The food has always been pretty good and if there was ever an issue, the server and/or management always resolve it expeditiously. The worst part about this place, though, is trying to go there for dinner on the weekend...good luck! Even with the call ahead option, we have waited for well... More

Comfortable setting, friendly service. Lots of TV's for entertainment. Bubbling shrimp is awesome, has a little kick, makes a great appetizer.

Just was lucky and found this restaurant on our way back from shopping. What a nice find! This experience is truly one of a kind. We arrived early Saturday aroubd 3:00 and it was crowded. I urge anyone going to make reservations. That being said, what a treat you will have. Cooking your own dinner right in front of you.... More

Grand Opening of new restaurant and my wife and son went there for dinner. We had a great experience with this new style of cooking your food yourself on a slab of volcanic rock. The food was excellent. The service was outstanding. Would recommend this to everyone. It is a little pricey but we had a great time

Great Dining experience with friends and family from out of state. Cooking the main course on the 'stone' at our table was new and fun for all. Delicious entries, salads, meat and sea food
