Everything from egg scrambled, egg tacos, French toast, and pancakes with such a range of ingredients and imagination. A little place in Holland with a good mix of food and creativity. Nice staff as well. Highly recommend

The word to describe The Biscuit is "quality." I recommend you go with anything on the menu that appeals to you. The Biscuit wrote the book in great breakfasts.

Really wanted to be wowed and give this place a 5. In town visiting brother, and we've gone to some pretty good places in Holland. This was our only breakfast out, so I wanted to make it a good one. Brother had Farmer's breakfast-said it was good, not great. I had the special-pumpkin pancakes with a side of sausage. The... More

This hidden gem is worth finding. Tucked away in a neighborhood called Washington Square, we were delighted with the fresh, made to order food. Worth the trip!

Always wanted to try this place, finally did with my son. Late morning on a Sunday, there was a pretty big line. Liked the non standard breakfast options on the menu. Both of our meals were very good. We were both glad we waited the 30 minutes. I'll be back.

I live in ludington so this place is a bit of a drive but every time we're in or near holland we stop here. The gravy is my absolute favorite! I like to put it on the red skin potatoes. I wasn't too impressed with their biscuits. The nor'easter was also delicious and the breakfast tacos.

The Biscuit had the most interesting and amazing breakfast menu, I have ever seen. I had a Northern skillet which had eggs, cheddar and apples and it was very delicious. My husband had the apple French toast which was delightful.

Charming ambiance, delicious, organic breakfast all day! The owners have put great love and care in this delightful spot. Everything is made from scratch, lots of local produce and a changing menu. A favorite of the locals

My husband and I love this place! It's on our must do list for when we come to town. We have tried other breakfast spots in town and this is our favorite! The food is amazing! My favorite is the waffle with peanut butter mouse (tastes like desert) mmm. My husband loves the different egg dishes. I'm a huge breakfast... More
