After a visit nearby we were hungry. We came here and were happy we did. We all had burgers and they were great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good beer selection, and the food was phenomenal. They do an awesome job of the concept to match up with the stocks and the ups and downs. Really had a fun night out for our friend's wedding weekend.

You can find all of the craft beers in Michigan right here. The food is good too. Highly recommend the salad with tangerine and raisin ( God! I ordered so many times but can’t remember its name). You can add grilled chicken to it for...More

Had to work late one night and I went into here and I got the last kbs (it’s limited in production each year) and I had a chicken plate that was very yummy indeed. Great pub.

The exchange concept is fun and there is a good beer selection-both on tap and in bottles. But, the best surprise was the quality of food in the restaurant. It was excellent! We started with the house made chips and dip which were addictive. I...More

Great atmosphere, super fun place to take visiting friends and great brews. The best selling point is their interesting take on the stock market, a unique way to get your beer. There are pool tables in the bar area but there really isn't enough room...More

My friends and I went to the Beer Exchange for a bachelor party. It was a great time and it was fun watching all the beer prices fluctuate. We're big Goose Island drinkers so as we walked in 312 Urban Wheat was about 2.50 a...More

There are other more popular choices in Kalamazoo but if you only have time to visit one brewery I suggest you visit the Kalamazoo Beer Exchange! Nice architecture/atmosphere. Great beer choices. The food is a cut above your normal bar fare! My wife had the...More

It was a lot of fun to watch the drink prices fluctuate. We went out for drinks with family and friends the night before the wedding. Had a blast. :)

Had a group come in from Chicago. Went to dinner and stayed for a few drinks. The 'Market Board' is kind of fun to watch and try new beers depending on the stock price! For Jose that have not been there, the prices of beers...More

The kitchen is open until 9 or 10 p.m. so I'm sure under 18 is allowed until then or a little after. Hope this helps.

I think older kids (tween/teen) would be fine here for lunch or early dinner. More a bar than a restaurant, but the food's quite good & it's a clean/nice environment. Imo, there are much better family dinner options... More

Description
The Kalamazoo Beer Exchange is a two-story multi-tap bar and grill located in the beautifully restored Globe Building in downtown Kalamazoo. Offering 28 rotating draught beers from around the world, The Exchange opens at 6 p.m., where draught beers are priced on real-time sales, like the stock market. Occasional "market crashes" drop beer prices to their all-time low. The food menu features pub fare with a twist, where classic dishes will be made new again.
