Doud's is a unique market where the deli sandwiches are the best! A unique variety of natural ingredients with fun toppings and healthy breads. The market is well stocked and has an inviting atmosphere with lots of interesting items to check out. Make sure you pay them a visit. Their pizza slices are good too. Prices are fair and service... Lots of choice- food, wine, beer, snacks, truly a full service market which is very convenient. It makes it easy to grab some wine and nibbles to enjoy a quiet evening sitting on a balcony.

During the season, they are open as late as 11pm. Great beer selection. Check out their expanded wine area. Produce, meat, everything you could want. If you are on a budget, stop at the deli at Doud's first, then picnic at the expansive Marquette Park located right across the street.

Good place for a quick stop to pick up some snacks and bottles of water. They also had a small selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Since it's the ONLY option in the winter, you get what you get. It does stock some high quality items though. Reminds me of a small Whole Foods. Pricey, but good.

Neat grocery market to pick up a quick light snack and a drink (which is what we did) or just walk through and check it out which we also did. It's definately worthwhile stopping in.

Very cool to see. Visited several times during the trip. Very convenient downtown. One of the oldest grocery stores in America.

Stopped in a couple of times to get a reasonably priced Coke and water. Nice little store. Has snacks and other foods too.

What a great place. Old but with modern amenities. Great to stop in for a sandwich or fresh fruit instead of paying high restaurant. Prices on the island. Good wine selection as well. A must see for sure.
