Lunches here are good value and the ground floor dining room gets busy. There is an excellent and characterful dining room on first floor open evenings Thurs to Saturday . It is built in to the cave and a very interesting place to eat. Menus excellent and food very good. Well worth a visit with very pleasant staff and management.

Met up with some biking friends for lunch here today and we were all very impressed with the food. 15€ a head for menu Du jour of assiette de charcuterie to start, which was a meal in itself! With a very tasty pâté and fantastic whole meal bread. Main was a choice of home made lasagne or a flat fish... More

We stopped here for lunch while passing through. The service was friendly and efficient and the food tasty and good value. Good fixed price menus plus a good selection of salads. We ate outside but I understand they are open indoors for dinner. Pleasant setting even though it's on a fairly busy road.

Lovely food, beautifully presented in a most interesting environment. Amazing to see what I believe are prehistoric paintings on the rock wall. This place is extremely popular, and for good reason. We went with friends who live nearby, and we shall eat there again when we return in February.

To our pleasant surprise le Rocher des Gourmets offers not only delicious todays's specials, but turns into a real gourmet restaurant at dinner time. We were used to enjoy lunch there, particularly from April to October on the terrace facing the beautiful medieval church and next to the fountain. We now discovered their dining room, impressively lined by rocks, and... More

Went on a Friday evening in September and I had the set 39€ menu. Total was 110€ including wine. The starter was a fresh fish salad dish of 2x langoustine, 2x King Prawns, 4x scallops, lobster and crayfish tails - brilliant. The main was Turbot on fresh pasta with veg and a great source. My wife had fillet steak which... More
