Small but efficient and they give veterans a discount. Blizzards as well as cones. The kids who work there are very polite.

Stays open later into fall than the other icecream place in Oscoda! Always fast service and good icecream. They don't serve food at this one.

I ordered the medium Fresh Berry blizzard and it was great. IT has a lot of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and big hunks of cheesecake crust in the vanilla ice cream.

Do not plan on ordering a sandwich or an ice cream cake here. No, just ice cream and some drinks. Since it is a franchise, the ice cream tastes like that of all Dairy Queens.
The biggest problem is the location. In the summer, when demand is high, people are gathered on the sidewalk of a busy intersection. Pay close attention to younger children for their safety.

Friendly service, pretty quick, not really good seating being at main intersection but the beach park is nearby. Perfect stop after a day on the river.

We live about 15 miles from here, so we stop in occasionally. At this store, they don't tend to put in as many toppings in a Blizzard as the store in Tawas, so we go there instead of here if we have the choice. Nothing is more disappointing than having only a few bites of chocolate chip cookie dough in your Blizzard!

Its a DQ, what can I say. As always, we ordered the Blizzards and were heavy with candy! I enjoyed it but the wife thought it was too much. We went several times durig our stay. No issues, good service

Typical outdoor Dairy Queen with the usual best marshmallow ice cream Sundays you can buy.
Must be good as there is always a line up waiting.
No seats so it is takeaway only and no burgers.
Very friendly, even the youngest server.

Outside, walk-up service. Typical of most DQ's menu items which do not provide indoor seating. The location is dangerous as people have to stand on busy street corner. Young children should be kept under a very watchful eye. Service can be slow frequently.

Dairy Queen in Oscoda does not disappoint. Delicious blizzards in a cup or a waffle cone! They also have soft serve cones and they can dip them in cherry (my favorite ) or chocolate. All the options are yummy! The only downside is they tend to be very busy and so you might have to wait a few minutes. They are just a short walk from the beautiful Oscoda Beach Park!

It's always nice to end a night out with the hubby or the family with an ice cream cone from Dairy Queen. This store offered good service from a friendly staff and plenty of places to sit inside and out.
