Stopped in for a family dinner on Saturday evening. Food was generally very good (though we wouldn't recommend the Bluegill) and the servers were very friendly. The atmosphere was a little noisy but not at all surprising as the place was packed when we arrived.

This is a great bar/food joint in Oscoda and i rate as my favourite in the area. Whether you order wings, burger or ribs its all fantastic.
Good beer and great service make it a winner....

First time here while up visiting friends who live locally. Kind of a mixed bar / restaurant environment. Definitely a big bar with all the TVs going, but also about 15 or so tables. Definitely family friendly, but I imagine it might change a bit later into the night. I think we got there around 6pm and there were a few tables available. I noticed later that it had filled up and people were waiting for tables. The service was very good considering how busy it became. I had a gyro that was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Great food, great service from Genevieve, great decor. First time here and will definitely be back every time we visit Oscoda.

We've been here 2 years in a row for the Comedy Festival and we've been treated like royalty! The Sirloin Burger alone is worth driving up North for, delicious! The Mexican food we've had has been great! Prices can't be beat and the servers are wonderful. Very quirky Up-North Décor- love this place!

Stopped in to the Hilltop Bar for lunch after kayaking down to the river. Great little bar. Good service and the burgers were fantastic. Horsey burger with horseradish in the burger and a very good horseradish sauce on top. Cold beer.

Restaurants are sparse in Oscoda.On a recommendatiin we grabbed dinner at the Hilltop. Good burgers and fries. Friendly and quick service. Worth trying.

One of my favorite places to eat! Unfortunately the service was pretty slow during our lunch breaks and I couldn't keep coming back for the few weeks I was here. Still, if you have time, I 100% recommend coming here! Food was good, prices are good, just needs to be faster if you're in a rush.

This is a family friendly and sports person's dream. The food is really good...you've got to try the baked potato soup. It is delish! Service very good and the servers are very friendly.

We stopped in for lunch and beers and were made to feel right at home. They had some lunch specials going on, so I tried the Quesadilla. It was delicious and the portion was quite big.
We stayed longer than planned because the beer was cold and had such good treatment!

Have been there 4 times, once carryout, first time received one of the best burgers I have had in recent times. Next time, I always have ordered my burger medium rare, first time was perfect, this time and all succeeding times cooked anywhere from Medium to well-well done and the patty broke into two pieces like it was purposely cut to check degree of done. The first time the bun was toasted a golden brown and was not soggy, just the opposite since then! Bun was WARM but not much sign of toasting. Very disappointing since then for the price. TAKEOUT, well burger was more of the same and I ordered fries and got chips. After 5 tries I quit patronizing them. Nice bar and cold cold beer. I have visited periodically from April to late August. Wish I could get another juicy med-rare burger like the first time in late April!!!

We heard about this place as having great burgers, and we go Up North on Lake Huron a couple of times a year. It seemed only logical to stop there for one. I can say that it was a good one - tasty and juicy on a grilled bun. The crowd seemed to be mainly locals, but we were treated like regulars by the friendly staff. Lots of beers, wine and liquor available, too.

We enjoy coming into town to watch "the game" and have something to eat. This place has a nice and relaxing atmosphere to do that at. We both had burgers and they were very, very good. Mine was an elk burger special and was cooked perfectly for elk, which can be dry. We WILL be back.
