Port Austin, MI, on a December night is not the liveliest of places. I think there were two restaurants open on the night I was there. I chose The Bank. A good choice. The building was indeed a working bank from 1884 to 1984. It...More

I had a salad. It was so fresh and tasted very good. I stopped another time for lunch. We ate outside. Service was super and so was my burger. The new owner is doing a terrific job!

Have a place near Caseville and went out with the Mrs. for a early dinner/late lunch. Stopped here as there really isn't a whole lot of choices to dine out of season up in the thumb area. We both decided on the burger, the wait...More

Historic old Bank, great setting for dinning with friends and Family. Bloody Mary's will knock you flip flops off. We we visit the Bank several time during Spring Summer and Fall

The Bank offers a nice selection of sandwiches for lunch. Service was attentive and friendly. The chicken gyro was tasty, although not particularly authentic from a flavor standpoint. They offer homemade potato chips that are reportedly wonderful. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Nice place but needs some ambiance. When you walk in you expect to see remnants of a bank and it was a little disappointing. The food is a little high but it was tasty. 3 friends went and we each purchased something different. I had...More

If I could rate service & food separately this rating would be much different. Food would get a 4, service a 1 :( Our friends were excited to take us to this place and we were all disappointed in the end. Our server was not...More

We went there on a Sunday and were lucky that we made a reservation the day before since a lot of people went there for brunch on Sunday. The menu presents a huge amount of brunch possibilities and they also offer a good Bloody Mary....More

It's not very accessible. That's one of the problems with it being a historic building. There are three or four steps to get into the restaurant and while there is dining available on the main floor, a second floor is only... More
