If you want delicious ribs, visit Fuel. The apricot bourbon sauce is really good. The ribs are tender and their side dishes, such as the broccoli casserole and the mac and cheese are really good.

A group of 4 of us met for dinner before seeing a local show. Since it was our first time, we all tried combos to get a variety. We pretty much had all the meats covered. Solid BBQ. Nice variety of sauces as well. Generous portions. 3 of us had leftovers for lunch the next day. We all had the... More

The bacon appetizer is one you wont want to share. Lobster bisque is delicious! Service is great, atmosphere is fun (especially sittingby the garage door in the warm months!)

A nice renovation job and very good wait staff make going to Fuel a good experience. However, the name of the place implies that they're smoking meat over wood (using a stickburner). They are not - it's an electric smoker and you can taste the difference. I think they do ribs the best but the pulled pork has been pretty... More

Two of us visited December 5th for lunch after I had been told about the good food and beer choices. I enjoy Guinness, English ales and bitters as well as German and Czech-style beers. I also like Canadian and American lagers and ales. The day we were there, the draught beer selection didn’t include any beers like this. The craft... More

Food is very good with a great atmosphere! Love the brisket sandwich with fries. If you don't like them spicy ask for your fries without the kick. House made sauces are available at your table for the asking. Staff will also help you pick out the right beer to go with your selection.
