This is a casual everyday a little better tan diner food. The veggie sandwich is good. Nothing gourmet here but good if you have young children with you.

We visited today from Florida. First, the restaurant is so pretty with a historical flare. We had about a 10 min wait to be seated (not too bad) I had the Perch Fish Tacos with clam chowder, my husband had the Rosco Ribeye with onion...More
On the way home from a color tour trip through Michigan, we stopped at this restaurant for lunch. The architecture is beautiful. Nice atmosphere. We had both had the soup special, white chicken chili and a salad. Both were excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. I am so glad you enjoyed your experience here. Hope to see you again.
Sat at the bar, had one of the most unfriendly bartenders ever...she wasn't rude, just not friendly. At all. But the beer was cold, the one eyed jack cheese and the white bean chicken chili was great. The building and the bar are absolutely beautiful....More
My Husband and I ate dinner at Clementine's on a Saturday night. We had about a 40 minute wait to get a table but once we were seated things went well. Our Waiter was attentive and helpful. The broccoli and cheese soup was very good....More

The atmosphere is interesting with historical pictures on the walls. I loved the steak salad -- it was loaded with vegetables, blue cheese, and steak. I didn't have them, but the onion rings looked fantastic.
Thank you for the great review! Next time you must try the onions rings, they really are wonderful. We look forward to seeing you again.
One of the most popular restaurants in the area is Clementines located downtown in a old refurbished bank building. The inside is beautifully decorated with carved wood, a tin ceiling, memorabilia, antiques and more. The food is fabulous. Dave ordered one of their signature appetizers,...More

For family dinner on a Wednesday evening. The positive: The food here is SO good! We came with kids and had the Walleye--delish, a club sandwich (probably the best I've ever tasted!), and the High Noon Burger (one of their specialties, amazing!). Our server did...More
Thank you for the review. I apologize for the lack of warmth and welcome you received from the hostess. I will look into the staffing of the door that evening and will endeavor to give constructive criticism. What you experienced, is not how we want...More
This is probably the best restaurant in South Haven. I did not try them all, but it was definitely the best that I tried. They have a wide variety of food available. The salmon was wonderful, and the french onion soup is top notch.
Thank you for the great review! I love the salmon too. We look forward to seeing you again.
I had the Haystack Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms. Pasta was flavorless and the garlic bread was barely warm and not toasted. The butter wasn't even melted. We asked for silverware, got 2 sets (table of 6) and after 10 minutes had to grab...More
