The burgers are fresh (not frozen), the fries are also fresh-cut (fair fries), and everything was delicious. However, one of our group got the turkey wrap, and was underwhelmed. We told her that's what she gets for ordering a wrap at a burger place! :)

We have been here several times now when in TC and it has always been great. Good burgers and sides at good prices. It's prepared "to go", but you can eat it there if you want. Nothing fancy and the food comes in a paper sack, but everything is fresh and tasty. They have real malts and shakes also. The... More

Tasty food, great staff, veg and semi healthy options, and a favorite of locals and tourists in a neighborhood setting. The burgers, fries and shakes are tasty with a creative range of burger options to including buffalo or veg to reduce diet guilt. TIP: seating tight during mealtime surges so scope a table where the party is finishing or just... More

We loved it. Fresh cut fries and a real nice burger. If you don't like season salt order fries with out. We prefer without and since it was our first visit we didn't know. But! Even those with season salt were very good. I was not a fan of the burger bun but grabbed my kids BBQ pork sandwich bun... More

The burger was great and the shake was great, but the bun on the burger was horrible. If you have a place that specialized in burgers, it seems like you ought to use a bun that doesn't detract. We've been here twice and the buns are standard grocery-type buns (like Wonder or Aunt Millie's) that have been left out of... More

I periodically stop here for a really great burger and lots of choices in how it is prepared. They also have a veggie option, salads, hot dogs, etc. In the summer, outside seating is very pleasant. The place is always busy.

Grabbed a quick break after reading the reviews. Something different. Glad we stopped. Small restaurant with a wide variety of burgers, soups, wraps and salads. Reasonable prices. Old fashioned soda was a pleasant surprise.

We saw this place while driving by and thought it looked like a neat place to eat--an old victorian home that is a burger cafe. It was soooo good. The food is very fresh and made the way you like it. They serve local soda from Michigan in their soda fountain too, which is something different. It was very busy... More
