whenever we are in the area. This last trip we discovered that Moomer's has an ice cream 'flight' where customers can eat up to 5 different types/flavors of ice cream.

Everyone at Moomers is friendly and efficient. I've never seen anyone leave unhappy. In the summer people will line up across the parking lot to wait for their ice cream...it's past of the anticipation and experience!

The title says it all ;-D Be sure to try the pecan praline. They once made us a fabulous rum raisin ice cream for a large Caribbean party we hosted.

A local favorite near Traverse City this ice cream shop and adjacent dairy farm put out some incredible ice cream. Owning the whole process assure you will have a fresh scoop of frozen goodness that will not disappoint.

Not only does Moomers have the most flavor filled ice cream - a nominal sum they invite little children to make a Gingerbread House. They take his/her picture with it and make an ornament for her to take home. They box up the Gingerbread House...More

A little pricey but worth the experience. Fabulous flavors. Would love it if they built upon the dairy farm aspect and showed how the cow to ice cream shop process happens.

It is popular for a reason. Service is fast and efficient, and the ice cream is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend taking one of the tour if possible, as the behind the scenes is fun for the little ones (and the big little kids too).

The portions are extremely generous! I don't know a person that would not find them more than enough. I'm not sure what this Wallybeary is used to eating, or what he usually eats his ice cream in. A mixing bowl? He... More
