We were in the are for a concert at the Ames Center. We were seated at a table and no server came to us even after 15 minutes. They were busy, but no one even said hello after the hostess seated us. As we had a concert and a deadline, my husband having had no luck flagging down a server... More

My wife and I have gone to the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe many times. Each time, the experience was pretty much the same. The wait staff was very responsive, nice, and would give honest answers about what entrees are their best and not the typical "it depends on what you like" that you get at a lot of other restaurants. The... More

This is a great place for carry out. Food is always hot for dinner. Gyros with salad and fries. The chicken wings are always good.

When it comes to elegance, this restaurant has its taste! Food is great and fresh can't say anything. I just hope that waiter/waitress would be fast enough to grab used plates as it is not nice to see pile of plates beside us and not taken care of.

The atmosphere was better than the food. We both had the flaming cheese and the cruise feast. The best part was the grilled vegetables and chicken kabobs. The cheese was bland with little taste. The gyro was not worth eating and even the hummus was "off" ( salty and no flavor added to the beans). The trumpet player was a... More

They Have good Greek food. I had the lamb sampler platter which was excellent. I would give this place a 5 star however it took about 30 minutes to get our food, granted they were very busy. The belly dancers are fun to watch and it is a great entertainment for the whole family, the dancers will even let your... More

I think I would characterize the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe as an unique experience. The food is definitely Greek. when we do go there we typically order Greek food but there other "Americanized" dishes available. The owners have definitely gone out of their way to provide a true Greek experience, including occasional entertainment. The buffet allows one to sample many Greek... More

A giant restaurant for what is essentially a gyro and falafel place. The food is OK, if uninspired, but it takes a long time and is pretty costly for what you get. I did not try the lunch buffet, so you're on your own there. Strangely, there's no cucumber salad with yogurt (under any of its names), just a small... More

In love with the food here and my kids find plenty to eat too. Salads, dips, gyros, falafel, curry chicken, rice, margarita pizza, and amazing desserts! Always gracious treaters and wait staff.
