Had the pit pork sandwich and it was to die for - way better than any Olive Garden I have ever eaten at. Lots of beers, lots of pit style food and you won't be disappointed! Would I go again - in a heartbeat.

Visited Lyndale Tap House on a late Saturday morning. Not very busy or lively. Service was good until we were ready for the check, and then our server was nowhere to be found. I had the chicken and biscuits. The chicken, biscuits, ham, and gravy were good enough. It was served with a side of watermelon that was soft and... More

After much was booked due to Restaurant Week, we found the Tap House. Enjoyed it very much (although the website menu lists mussels, they weren't on the menu at the restaurant). I forgot to ask about them after seeing the description for Baltimore Style Pit Meat ("This preparation involves rubbing a high-quality piece of meat with a special housemade spice... More

We decided to check this place out for restaurant week. Great option with the appetizer , entree, and dessert. Atmosphere was nice, server was quick, and food was great. They had a good selection on tap.

We got there for happy hour (from 4-7pm) but only the house wine (Chardonnay, yuck) was $2 off, every one else in our party did fine with beers as they were 2 for 1. That aside, the food was delicious. I had mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. My son had grilled cheese and french fries. The fries were delicious... More

I stumbled across this place when I googled a nearby business for brunch. I ended up here instead, and was so glad I did. The service was prompt and excellent. The benedict was great. A mimosa is served with each brunch plate, and the outdoor sesting is street side for the ultimate people watching experience. Haha. I loved everything about... More

I have walked past this place so many times. Well this time a friend and I decided to go in. Our waitress was awesome and up beat. She made a great recommendation of the Georgia Pit. The food was amazing, it was seasoned well and full of flavor. They have a very nice selection of tap beers and ales. You... More

The food was above average. It was MSP restaurant week so they offered a $15 dinner special which was a good value. The pretzel appetizer was really good and nice sauces with them. All of us got Pit sandwich and fries and everyone like their food. The happy hour goes to seven, love that. Very good 2 for 1 beer... More

Loved the beef sandwich Thai. Fries are hand cut and good. Menu is pretty diverse with lots of choices that aren't plain old pub fare. Would recommend.
