My family and I have been here few times, and the food has never disappointed us. We recommend the Crab cakes, fish tacos and bean burger. The staff members are courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. It was busy even on an early May weekday. The food is brought to your table, (we chose to eat outside), and is a... More

Our kids live close to the park, so we have eaten here a couple of times.Be prepared to wait in line at least 1/2 hour, and then again for your order to come up. The idea is to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere, however, do not go if you are in a hurry.

During a recent trip to Minneapolis, my friend and I ate lunch at Sea Salt Eatery. We chose this place based on its proximity to Minnehaha Falls. We loved the atmosphere. They have a large outdoor seating area so that you can enjoy the weather and hear the peaceful sound of the Falls. Both my friend and I ordered the... More

I ordered oysters on the half shell. They were fresh and delicious. However, they were expensive and very tiny. I also notice that every time I'm there, I have to go ask how much longer my order will take because the wait feels like forever. The park is wonderful, but there must be someplace else in Minneapolis to get larger... More

Hidden Gem in Minnehaha Falls Park -- Must find during a summer visit to MN! Great fish!! Only problem is the lines can be long due to popularity.

I go to Sea Salt a couple of times each summer. It's always been enjoyable so I asked my kids to take me on a beautiful Mother's Day. The line was extremely long and we got in line at 1pm. We checked how fast the line was moving and if they were out of what we wanted. Looked like about... More

Absolutely worth it! Visited Sea Salt while in town visiting my BFF. A great place to take the kids (hers) and the dogs (ours). Great casual place to grab food; and then dine outside at picnic tables next to the falls. What could be better? Portions were big enough to share.

Do you like fresh seafood? Relaxing with a glass of beer or wine? Go to Sea Salt. Expect a wait. Have a glass while in line. Order the entree specials. Enjoy another glass and the breeze. Dive into your food. The everyday items are good, but pay a little more, take a risk on something new with the entree specials... More

If you are at Minnehaha park anyway you might as well grab a great meal. Might be a big line on nice days so be prepared for that
