The food is South American. Never have had a bad meal there. Service is OK. Wine list is fair. Noise level can be troublesome if ambient noise is a problem for you. But, the appetizers and the entrees are uniformly excellent.
Just had dinner with friends at Cafe ENA. Ordered three different dishes and all were excellent. Ate outside too which is a bit noisy on the busy street, but still very ice
