We visited this place on Friday at 7pm. The car park was already full and most tables were already booked. Luckily the table is still available as it was just the 2 of us. I noticed there's more and more people around 8pm. So come early to avoid frustration or book the table if plan to come late. Fresh seafood cooked the way you want it and the price is acceptable. Price with cook:- Seabass (Siakap) : RM50 per KG Squid (Sotong) : RM70 per KG Cockle (Kerang) : RM35 per KG Coconut (Kelapa) : RM5 Soft Drink : RM2 All the dishes were very tasty. The service was acceptable fast probably as it was still early. Our food ready in 30 minutes. My advice, ask for the price for each dish before placing your order.

The drive from KL takes 90 minutes. Business only opens at 6.30pm. It is advisable to make reservations, especially on weekends as the queue to get a table can be long. Sometime more than 1 hr. Likewise, if you select yr own fish and seafood, expect 1 hr or more for food to be served. We took the easy way, preorder food before hand from set menu. Thus avoided the waiting. I must say, seafood here is fresh.

Good food at very fair price. We walked in around 7pm, and we were lucky to find a place to sit. Everything we ordered was good. However, being pretty packed, by the time it got to the table, it was cold. The best experience tho was with the charges. Being a foreigner, I was wondering if they would overcharge me on the seafood by boosting the actual weight. Instead, they were honest to the last gram, and price was surprisingly right. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the food served cold, which for some items like fried calamari makes a big difference.

Service : 2/5 - they forgot to send 1 of the dish Foods : 2.5/5 Siakap stim limau - taste bland, tasteless. Lala masak cili - Not like what we expcted. doesnt look like lala cili, but more to sambal. Sotong goreng tepung - they forgot to send this to our table. When it served, its already cold. Sate ayam & daging - I dont recommend this. Tasteless Kailan ikan masin & telur dadar - ok je Environment : Too many flies flying around. Price : Very cheap. Thats the only good thing about this place. But will never come back again...... Ever. Wonder why people like it so much here urmmmm..

I went there for my husband’s birthday dinner with my parents and siblings. We are not sure whether they changed their cook, or recipes but all that we ordered tasted so bad except for their fried squid (no photos as we were so hungry, we waited for almost an hour for the first dish to arrive) we ordered salted egg squid (tasted like ‘masak kicap’ to us), lime steamed fish, clams are overcooked they were rubbery (avoid masak chilli too). This was not our first time there, it used to be good but don’t think we will go there again after this.

Taste: 8/10 Price: 6/10 Ease of access: 8/10 Service: 7/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Atmosphere: 7/10 If you're staying at AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort and wondering where to eat, check out this place. It's less than a 5-minute drive away, and definitely accessible by foot. Despite some reviews claiming otherwise I was pleased to find the place only half full when I visited around 7 PM. The seafood was fresh, and the bill only amounted to RM245 for 6 pax. The steamed fish especially was good. The restaurant has been around for 25 years, even before AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort came into the picture, and it's easy to see (or rather, taste) why.

Had a trip to this seafood joint after recommended by wifey. Went for 15 pax, 8 adults and 9 kids (12yr to 3yr) and guess what the total bill was only MYR600 average MYR40 per pax. We ordered two big 'siakaps', buttered prawns, 3 crabs, vegetables, and drinks. Food was tasty and we're all stuffed thereafter. Main issue is, be there early to catch the fresh fish else there might be none left. Also we went on a weekend, hence tables was full. When I say early, either call to book table or be there by 5pm to book the best seats. The restaurant has a 'floating' restaurant facing the sea hence having view of the sunset. Again be there early to have the best seat. We came at 6ish which we thought it's early however got the last final seats which was away from the scenic view. However the food was good hence dosen't matter where you seat. For Muslim's they have a 'surau' in the vicinity hence easy to perform solat there. Good place to kick the seafood cravings.

Me and friends went for a short getaway at Avani and we booked a place here. Unlike Avani where we experience bad service, this place is decent. The food and especially the price. If you are looking for a place to have dinner near Avani, this is the place.
