Beware of the prices stated on the menu and the receipts. They charge higher prices. Maybe the cost of foods have increase, they should amend the menu prices as well otherwise it is a day-light robbery.

If you are pau lover then you will like it . The famous pau all available. This is a must visit shop if you are in the area.
If u love pao, u will love this shop!!!! Malaysia Coffee nice too! It’s for snacks! It’s a tiny fishing village by the sea.
I've tried their Hand Made Pau and I've the taste and value for money is unbelievable. Superior taste you can't find in the city like Kuala Lumpur.
The pau from here taste better than the Hai yew Heng pau . I would usually buy the prepackaged pau which consist of 5 Pau in a row , I like the ginger wine chicken pau from here , we had some tea ☕️ here..., service was fast and goodMore
The steamed buns were okay. We bought the mui cai, tai pau, vege pau and their signature yellow wine chicken pau on the way back to the city. Prices slightly cheaper than the other pau shop in Tanjung Sepat. Proprietor is friendlier too.
Nothing so special about these pao. What you can get there also can get other places.. Whether you like or not. One thing I need share with you all about "the process making of pao.." visited a lot of uninvited friends... Around and round.. Hope...you all do not know get any problem.More
After 27 months, there has been a noticeable decline. The signature item, yellow wine chicken pau dumpling is now 'average' value for money. The filling is about 2/3 in volume compared to before, and the filling is like a paste, no more mince meat. Its...all about the filling. Admittedly the costs of wine and ginger have both gone up. But the price is now RM2.80 rather than nearer RM2.00 2 years ago. I recommend the 'mei chai pau' (preserved veg) instead. For those priced at RM2.00 (previously RM1.60), I recommend the tau sar pau (red bean paste) pau. In my view the best item now. But would you travel 90 minutes for it?? There are two aspects of decline. There are 4-5 family members at this small outlet; so customer service is poorer, as they were preoccupied with themselves. The most serious is the presence of house flies, one time 3 of them landed on our table. We had to leave pieces of pau twice. (Rate this 1/5). We saw the same situation on other tables. I think the sale of salt-fish buns at the front of the outlet has attracted flies into it. The best remaining option if you are already there, is to buy frozen packs (packs of 5 pieces) of your choice to take away. This service they still do very well. Because of this they are still interesting; lucky to still rate 3 out of 5.More
Loved the paus. Specially loved the otak otak paus. Disliked the salted fish ones, but then taste is very subjective. Clean little outlet.
we were there around 11ish on a Sunday. no long Q and service was good with detail explanation of all the items available. you can get some frozen "bao" to take home too.
The shop is famous of the "yellow wine chicken "bao and we bought 2 and the taste is still ok compare to the another shop famous "mei cai bao". I am still suggest to try both two shop and have the comparison for this both...two. For me I feel that "mei cai bao" still the best.More
First time I taste salt fish meat pau, wow taste good some thing for a change l like it. The shop locate on the main road.
I would recommend trying the rice wine pao as this is their house specialty. Unique and a surprising tasty pao. The other pao is also good as the fillings are generous. A good place to stop by for a snack when you are visiting Tanjung...Sepat. However the price is on the high side considering that this place is out of the city. They also have frozen pao for you to take away shoull you want to take away.More
The hand-made pau is worth trying for the breakfast with a cup of coffee if you stay nearby or happen to pass by the place, but may not be worth it if you have to travel a long way on purpose. The price hike due...to the influx of tourists from Kuala Lumpur over the years has also made it not as worthwhile as before. Also be prepared to face the impatient and blunt workers there offering not very high level of customer service. The only compensating point is that the portion is bigger than other pau in the market.More
Overated & over pricing handmade pau. Nothing special & taste so so ... located beside shop lot "pasar tanjong sepat". Location in tripadvisor is confusing
