Great happy hour. It was full on a Friday night and a fun place to be. The sliders were good. Smoky chicken flatbread was ok. The queso dip was below average - just bland melted yellow cheese with no other tasty additives.

I've eaten here several times and the staff is always nice and attentive. The food is good and reasonably priced. Try the Cowboy Truffle dessert! It is REALLY AWESOME!

It was pretty quiet the night I was there. Not much going on. They do have a very good happy hour and I expect this location is one of them that is very busy during those times. Apps were nice and hot!

Saturday afternoon, football... Cowboy Jack's was a good place for a late lunch family get-together. I had a blue cheese bison burger with sweet potato fries and coleslaw- very tasty. Service was friendly and the ambiance convivial.
