Went there for a birthday function, first thought was low expectations as it was at a pub. How wrong was I, the food was exceptional and plenty of it, the staff were lovely and attentive. The whole experience made for a wonderful Sunday afternoon. Could not fault this venue for a function.

W have not been there since the upgrade. We being Barry, Gwen and Linda Scrimshaw. We used to be a regular customer but service dropped off due to staff did not care etc. BUT this last visit today was TOP OF THE TOWN. We were served by Lakehiesha what a joy we got everything we asked for and the service... More

We visited the recently renovated Dingley Hotel bistro for a family birthday lunch. There were 6 of us, and we were seated promptly and our drinks orders were taken. Our drinks arrived, and we were left to consider the menu. We waited 25 minutes for the server to return to take our food orders. This was no fault on behalf... More

Eight of us popped in for dinner on Friday night (last minute decision at 8pm), the food and service was great. We were arriving at different time, that wasn't an issue and they were happy to split the bill. The waitress was lovely and had a great sense of humour.

Thanks R H for your review and great to hear you had an enjoyable night. We take a lot of pride in our new restaurant and the changes that have occurred in the past year. We are proud of our staff and again it was good to hear that they offered a level of service that exceeded your expectations. More

My partner, our friend and I were really looking forward to returning for a meal here. We'd had a lovely meal last time. This time I was surprised at how quickly the meals came out, and with family in hospitality, I know that is not always a good thing. It takes a while to make a good pizza. Well, it... More

Had dinner here last Sunday night with my wife. Ordered the $40 ribeye with big expectations and the steak was very good, cooked medium rare as ordered but the accompanying vegetables where terrible ,really not acceptable on a $40 meal. The room was reasonably busy and badly understaffed. Management please do not allow bill splitting when other diners are waiting to... More

Family dinner last night. We should have sensed this would be a night to remember for all the wrong reasons when we arrived to be advised my father-in-laws booking was not recorded. We suspect a complete misspelling of the name as the time and number of guests matched. Manager Krissie said we could not sit there as the “other” party... More

I dined here with my wife for Valentine's day. The setting was very good with complimentary chocolate roses on the table. We have dined here before and have always been impressed, however this time was a total fail. Our male waiter forgot to order the meal for my wife and we had to wait a very long time only to... Amy's Bistro at the Dingley Hotel (aka Dingley International) has been refurbished recently and they've done a really nice job. Separate areas have been created so it's easy to book for small or large groups. We had a family gathering of 30 adults and 10 little kids so we booked the undercover outdoor area, which was just perfect. The breeze... More

A lovely interior, clean and bright, good service from smiling waitresses. Starters and puddings good, and the main was plentiful only grumble was I would have liked some fresh veg.
