I had a delectable dinner at the India Clay Oven and am looking forward to returning with friends. In house made somosa's and paneer. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. A little pricy but worth it.

I'm not from India, but I think it as close to authentic as you can get in the Bible Belt, let alone the buckle. I have had Indian food all over the country, and this is as good or better than the rest, Recommend highly.
