Arrive hungry and ready for fun! The waiters/waitresses are secretly disguised very talented singers. You will enjoy the way they mix with the customers while singing a beautiful ballad. A fun place to visit.

It was a rainy 1pm when our bus stopped for lunch and we ran to join the line at Mel's and it made our day. Our table of 6 was seated after a little wait and quickly realized this was the place to be. Great food, I love the hamburgers, and a singing waitress who could have been on a... More

The restaurant is like a diner without diner food. The menu includes, salads, wraps, burgers and a few fried entrees. The southwest chicken salad was lots of lettuce with a little chicken, corn, cheese, tortilla strips and chipotle ranch drizzle. I had to ask for more dressing. The chicken salad had large chunks of chicken but the fresh fruit accompaniment... More

Wow! Can't say enough about this diner! Servers are professional singers who all have beautiful voices and sing while they are serving food. Food is reasonably priced with large portions so technically 2 meal sizes for the price of one! You can purchase CD'S of the singers and they will sign them too. Highly recommend.

Good burgers and onion rings! Service was good and the singer was ok. Did not have a milkshake or malt but heard from other people that they are good.

I had a piece of carrot cake with two scopes of ice cream for $8.99. This did seem expensive, however, the singers were talented and our waiter was funny and fun. We were there on a Saturday at noon and spent an hour there laughing and listening, so maybe the cost was reasonable.

I have been here probably 6 times, when friends and family are in town. The wait staff are true artists. Great singing non-stop all while serving the customers without missing aa beat. The atmosphere is great and it is very entertaining. The food is pretty average but the singing is definitely the highlight here. Now I would recommend the dessert... More

Our server was Karen, she was very very good waitress and very personable with a wonderful wonderful voice but when my husband got the bill he was a bit shocked at the price of the food. We missed that his chocolate shake was $6.99. Even if you want to "add" a soup OR salad with your meal it was an... More

6 of us for lunch last week April 19th. They weren't at all busy but it was early season. The patty-melt was apparently very good. Everything else was actually pretty average or poor. The BLT was mostly bread and fairly scant on the bacon. The chicken strips/corn dogs weren't even all eaten and Mels grilled ham/cheese/bacon sandwich was just OK.... More
