Excellent sea food. Nice variety. Unusual decoration with lots of fishy artifacts. Informal with friendly service. Quiet. Good value. One of the few places you can get tasty walleye or frog legs.

Service was good. But I got the cajun burger and not only did they forget to put cheese on it, but it was very bland and flavorless. I had to request lettuce, onions, ketchup, etc. I give it 3 stars because of good service and wife loved the walleye (per recommendations made on this app). Not much to choose from... More

Had heard from a couple friends to try happy hour here so I finally did. Some very good deals on food and drink prices were also good for the area. On a Wednesday night there was only 3 of us at the bar from 4:30 to 7:00 but I didn't expect a big crowd. In fact the restaurant side didn't... More

I called at dinner time on a Sunday to see if they could seat 8. They said come on. My wife's uncle had eaten here before and couldn't say enough about the walleye on the menu. It was fantastic by the way. Our group ordered a variety and all of the dishes were prepared well. Great house salad too. My... More

I love Walleye so I am pretty single minded about my orders. The quality is there. Portions are good. Their potato soup is wonderful! The only thing that keeps me from going more often is a lack of variety and the mid-range cost which is not great for Seniors. The ambience is fun - the outdoors is indoors. A good... More

We really don't need a menu when we go to the Yellowstone, we love the Walleye filets so much. Last night (Saturday 1/21/17) I splurged and ordered the Walleye Dinner (too much food) and was offered the Seafood Gumbo. I have eaten Cajun Gumbo all across the nation including 6 or 7 places in New Orleans. The Yellowstone served it's... More

Having dinner at Yellowstone is like having dinner with family. The staff is welcoming and the food is reliably good. They are known for their walleye, but their burgers are excellent as well. It is the kind of spot you can drop into three nights a week and not get burned out. Highly recommend this spot!

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is friendly. We tried going there when they had a benefit for a local police officer who had been gravely injured. It was so busy that we didn't want to wait, but returned later. We were so glad that we did. My husband had their frog legs. There aren't many places around... More
