We have had a chance to eat breakfast and supper here and both where every good. Wife had Mahi-Mahi and I had coconut shrimp and for breakfast we had the rancheros which where very good. Presentation of the meals and service was excellent.

Tierra Viva was recommended to us by a local clerk at a store and and he couldn’t have been more spot on! We were only there for a few days but managed to carve out two dinners there. Try the catch of the day (Mahi-mahi)...More
The menu spans many choices, but the fish is what to order. Very fresh, right from from the fishermen in town. Prepared simply so the fresh taste is enhanced.
We keep trying other restaurants but they don’t compare. Besides the best food in town, they also have outstanding margaritas. Must try is the Tamarind margarita. Bonus if you come to breakfast: iguanas on the roof. Can’t miss here
We ate breakfast here several times. The menu was varied and reasonable and the service fast. One selling point was that you could watch the passersby and catch the vibe of Sayulita.
we ate here twice on our trip - dinner and a lunch. our favorites: tortilla soup (esp if you need something easy on your tummy), steak & shrimp tacos, catch of the day, arrachera, molcajate. great service and people watching !
