We arrived late in afternoon and the beer wasn't very cold so the bartender added a margarita to our beer for no extra charge (no alcohol).

We went for lunch one day and had a 5 star experience. The shrimp tacos and steak tacos were awesome. The smoked marlin burrito was beyond incredible. And their signature cocktail a cucumber margarita is to die for!! However, we went the following day for dinner and they didn't have tacos on the menu and they were out of salsa... More

This restaurant is on the beach north of the city. The ocean waters were beautiful to watch or great to play in. Surfing very close. We chose to site in the shade for lunch and it was so relaxing, we hated to have to leave. The service was very good and the food was equally good. Modestly priced. Many food... More

On the quieter, north side of Sayulita. . .when the tide goes out, great place to soak up the sun and float in the ocean. Ceviche was very fresh, guacamole on the side. . .with a couple of beers, made a great beach day!

Not only were the lunch tacos very poor. The worst meal so far in Sayulita. In 10 prior visits to Mexico it was also the only place I have ever visited that added an unadvertised 15% tip to a casual beer and taco lunch. They also didn't have our first beer choice, didn't have any of our second cold?, only... More

We found this restaurant while walking along the beach one early evening.... What a magical place to find! We sat on the beach & watched the sunset while enjoying guacamole & margaritas. A nice break from the crowds & city center.

Well past the crowds on the town side, this place is right on the beach. We enjoyed a quiet lunch while watching the waves come in. The food was good and the view is stunning. If you want to get away from the crowded part of the beach, walk north, it's right by a lifeguard tower.

Ulysses was our waiter Very nice young man!! I ordered what he suggested the Mahimahi with dill cream sauce much better than I would've ever expected. Very rich and delicious. My husband got Carne Asada with chilies also very good. This is a nice local place good people watching surfers in front loved it for our first night!

After making this our lunch time regular while in Sayulita for the week, our extended family of 12 had a fantastic Thanksgiving evening at La terraz Ola. We pre reserved (but not for the Thanksgiving menu) and they set-up a fantastic table right on the beach, looked after us beautifully and included a great beach fire too! It was our... More
