We had mainly scallop pies which were yummy! Went a second time and had steak pie which was also good! Service was lukewarm though.

Ordered a steak and pepper pie and a steak pie and was delighted with them. Nearly as good as the pies from the Outpost at Canungra, Queensland. Lovely eating area outside with plenty of tables with shade. Good choice of cakes and pastries. My wife said the coffee was good too.

Pies and pastries are good, coffee not so flash and their cakes etc are kinda standard. Handy location to car park, cheap feed in the town and good outdoor seating with nice shops close.

Very relaxing to sit outside of this bakery and relax and listen to the birds. Surrounded with other older buildings you get a feel of what it was like many years ago. Delicious chocolate eclairs however I was a bit disappointed to not have much of a bread or bread roll choice considering it was a bakery. Maybe they had... More

You will not be disappointed!! Good selection of pies, cakes and slices also offers coffee too. We tried the scallop pie (slightly curried with a delicious flaky pastry) and mushroom pie, also very good. Can recommend the french vanilla slice too!! We arrived around lunchtime on a Sunday, was very busy but did not have to wait too long, friendly... More

The Richmond bakery is one of regular meeting spots when we travel around Tasmania. "At Richmond for coffee" or lunch means meeting here. The coffee is great. The bakery choices are terrific. And of course there are the scallop pies and the chicken and camembert pies. This time I could not choose. So I had both.
