This a old fashion feeling restaurant brings back feel of old upscale restaurant. Small , quaint but keeps the hip feel. Beautiful open kitchen to watch all prep. The food was delicious . Scallops and KC Strip beyond compare. Artisan cocktails. Mixology definitely part of the atmosphere.

With great impression of Manifesto and Rieger on our first visit last year I decided to return with initial reservation at the "manifesto" (basement bar) followed up with dinner upstairs in the Rieger. The Manifesto was great with it's custom drink menu (try Thunder on the Mountain) and atmosphere. Going up to the Rieger left us not wanting to return... More

Hip atmosphere and cool set up. Cocktails were well-made, and they have a nice wine selection. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Menu was creative and edgy, but the food just seemed very bland.

Good atmosphere and great drinks. The pork soup has a layer on top similar to French onion. It seared pig skin. Yum. The stew is quite good, but it appeared and tasted of organ meat. My guess is people don't actually know that they are paying serious coin to eat the stuff they put in cat food. It averaged out... More

All of the food that I tasted was out of this world! The buffalo sausage made me want to find more buffaloes to eat. The service was amazing. The prices are a tad steep, but the food, dessert, and drinks are worth it.

I never know where my daughter will take me for my birthday - well, this year it was at Rieger's. The atmosphere was really neat, reminded me of a pub. The waitress, I believe her name was KC was fantastic. She explained several items to us, always very friendly and attentive. I chose the smoked bison short ribs, OMG!!!! words... More

This is a bit of a hipster place...but being decidedly older and not a scene guy this felt like a comfortable old place that was in fact recently renovated. The bar is great...food is eclectic...very creative and Good, service was friendly and attentive. This attracts a creative artsy crowd looking for great drinks, great food and an understated hip vibe

Great starters but fail on the vegetarian main. We ordered the charcuterie board for starters - delicious. The vegetable pickles were fabulous. The starter shrimp was great too but the vegetarian pot roast wasn't fabulous. It was a pile of mushrooms on mashed potatoes - not very tasty. Good cocktails and great wine! Excellent service.

We had a reservation for cocktails at the speakeasy behind the restaurant. As we left I understood why. People were lined up waiting to get in. You enter by descending a narrow pitch-black stairway and seating is limited. A "cocktail connoisseur" spent a lot of time at our tables (nine of us couldn't be seated together), going over the craft... More

Had drinks here with friends but did not eat. The cocktail menu was amazing and the two beverages I had were perfect. The dinner menu was very enticing but we had reservations elsewhere. Our server was attentive and very nice.
