This was to be a destination dinner for a group of friends, and althought I know it was late in the season, the food was mediocre. The boiled shrimp were large and lovely, and mostly tasteless. The crab cakes were thin, overcooked, and contained very little taste of crab. After the point of appetizer disappointment, I did not order dinner.... More

We were there Saturday around noon and only 2 people eating. We sat down and waited for service around 10 minutes. It was close to 100 degrees and nobody came to our table to even give us water! I poured our table glasses of water and we waited a few more minutes and STILL no service. We got up and... More

First of all..... finding the place is a challenge if you're in a car! (Maybe easier in a boat) But once we found it..... WE LOVED IT! We brought our family because we were here over July 4 for a reunion. I had the crab legs and LOVED them! But the boiled shrimp were totally unbelievable!! My husband's aunt traded... More

We love Docknockers for food and drinks. The staff makes each visit so much fun. It's a great place right on the water where you can pull your boat up to the dock and go in for some food, drinks, and fun.

Not there in 2014. July 2013 it was very good. Nice boat-in location on the lake. I don't remember it very well.

We kept seeing advertisement for this place and we wanted to try this place out. It was really hard to even find this place. We had to wait forever on the food. The food wasn't even that good! We came as a family. I think this place is more for older "partying" type of people. Many people were drinking and... More

This is a cool laid back place. We did not eat, we just stopped and docked our jet skis. The place is fun and easy to get to via water. Drinks were a little high, but the crowd was festive and fun.

The BBQ oysters and peel & eat shrimp were outstanding. Portion size for these appetizers was well worth the price.

Cool place to sit outside and enjoy some drinks. Food was okay but took awhile and you order it and pick it up from a window. Use to like the crab races, don't know if they still do that.

Went here last summer because we were wanting crab legs, which were really good. They were snow crab in a bucket that I'm thinking cost around $15. We were satisfied there with no problem. The big surprise was the huge peel and eat shrimp we ordered, probably 20 or so on a plate and it was around 12 bucks. Good... More
