We visited On The Rise for the first time. The decor was beautiful and atmosphere calming. Our server, Elizabeth, was exceptional, and the food tasted great.

This restaurant is kinda like a tea house. Great menu and wonderful bakery. I loved the French onion soup. They serve homemade chips with every meal. Get a cinnamon roll to go. Beautiful building
