The couple that own this are so friendly and the food is excellent.... I have gone several times with friends and hubby - never been disappointed. A definite place you need to eat.

We arrived just a brief 30 minutes before they closed for lunch and then the tornado sirens went off! We had a delicious lunch during the storm and wonderful conversation with the owner who kept us up to date on the weather :) The iced...More
Surprisingly good food. Salads, sandwiches, cookies, baked goods, lemonade. Everything seemed fresh and home-baked. The seating area has several interconnected rooms, with fun decorative touches. What a cute place to eat. The decor is charming. It's a small place but that's what gives it its charm. They offer some items on their menu that you don't see in other restaurants. The sandwiches we had were very good. An enjoyable time.
Fresh baked everyday! We have tried many selections and always love the food. They make some of the best pastries we have ever experienced. Great place for lunch and meeting friends.
Outstanding sandwiches made on the sight very fresh homemade bread and plenty of meat. Very good service especially the day we were there for lunch a very cute and efficient redheaded waitress waited on us she was very knowledgeable about items they offered.
Typical of the Ozarks past. Poor location, had a tough time finding it. Disappointed to have to serve ourselves, but would've been ok had the food been worth it. Soup had to have been pre-made frozen type, baked goods dried up, all around not pleasing.
