Great dinner with the hubby, our waitress was great, for the price you get a lot of food, great atmosphere.

My wife and I had a reservation for a Friday evening at 7pm. We were sat down and literally waited with menus for 8 minutes. We weren't greeted by our waiter and our water glasses remained empty on the table. We felt ignored and not valued as customers. I understand if someone is busy but at least smile as you... More
Recently, due to my husbands poor health, I have been ordering my dinners to go. I had two or three that were not cooked to order, plus they were missing items. I reported this to my Casino Host, Frank. He in turn contacted the Journey Manager, Rick. I met with Rick and he assured me that he would personally check... More
The best fillet, dessert, and service we have had in a long time. Don't read any negative reviews...we love food, and this place is worth your while. We will return!
Steak, a filet, was wonderful and melted in mouth. Cooked exactly as ordered. However, baked potato was small & had been cooked at least 4 hours prior to serving- dry & yellow. Should have been better for the price. Service was friendly but uneven and not very professional- dressed rather sloppy and casual attitude, a little too casual. Salads arrived... More
Do NOT STAY at Argosy on a Sunday or Monday. No wine, no help finding any, no dinner places as an option, they need to reconsider their prices for a casino restaurant. Won't last through the winter '16 if they continue in this business model.
By far the best restaurant of any K.C. casino. The quality is excellent, and so is the value. The steaks and prime rib are melt in your mouth - the spinach salad to die for. Lobster tail cooked to perfection and succulent. Entree comes with choice of soup or salad & a vegetable or starch. Unlike '37 at Harrah's where... More
In their defense, we were 10 minutes late for our reservations for 10:45pm - Partly due to the crowded parking lot and not actually knowing where the restaurant was inside of Argosy. We stood at the hostess stand for a few minutes watching two members of the staff chat. Finally we approached the two only for them to tell us... More
Stopped into journey because I could smell the wood fired steaks from the casino, and I'm so glad I did. Honestly top 5 steaks of my life and THE best creamed corn and caesar salad I've ever had. Here for another night and probably coming back tomorrow.
