Loved this place from the Art Deco interior to the extensive "adult" ice cream drinks, sundaes, and sauces. Tried the lemon flip and ugly stepsister martinis and both were delicious!

I've been going to the Fountain for years. Since it first arrived on west Locust, when it was all alone on its block. I've watch it grow into the amazingly popular place it is today. It's a bittersweet situation. I'm glad they're so popular, as they deserve to be a successful business. But it's resulted in long waits - BUT... More
I went here twice while in town working. The first impression......stunk? I walked into a room that smelled like a dirty mop head had been rubbed on every surface.......not pleasant. I was quickly seated by a pleasant host, and my order was taken quickly. The food arrived very promptly. The vegetarian option for the day was superb. My choice of......was... More
This is one of my all time favorite places to bring my out of town guests. It's a local treasure with a very unique decor and vintage appointments. The servers know the menu well and because your eyes are wide open having so many dessert options, they are also quite patient. I highly recommend a visit for dessert or for... More
I love the fountain! They have beautiful art deco murals on the wall, and they use quality ingredients to make exceptional food at a reasonable price. Everything on the menu is great, try the spicy carrots as a side. Also, they have gluten free bread available if needed. The ice cream martinis are fantastic for a nice girls' night.
Had the Cuban sandwich and the mixed salad sandwich with chicken. Both sandwiches were amazing. Had side salads, they were delicious. Don't skip out on the ice cream. It's sooo good. If you love ice cream, try the Gambler, letting the staff create you a unique specialty. Definitely worth the wait.
My family and I come to the Fountain on Locust usually to celebrate birthdays. We love that the birthday person is given the World's Smallest Hot Fudge Sundae. Of course, we order the delicious, unforgettable, desserts. We savor the Dark & Sinister, Three Coins in the Fountain, or even just scoops of ice cream or sorbet! There is regular food... More
My husband and I had dinner here before going to a show at the Fox. The service was great, friendly and attentive. I had the grilled cheese, side salad, and 2 ice cream martinis and I loved all of it. We got there before 6 so we enjoyed happy hour prices. The dreamsicle martini is heavenly!!
My wife and I ate dinner late (after 10 pm) at the Fountain Restaurant on Locust on Saturday evening, April 29, 2017. The Fountain is open late on Saturday evening and the place wasn't jammed but it was busy. All kinds of people were there, young and old. The Fountain is located in the showroom of an old car dealership... More
Great, unique flavors. We loved our lunch here! I had the birdseed salad. It was amazing- esp the brûlée apple and the dressing. My husband had lentil veggie soup and it was awesome. Great flavors. He loved his chicken salad sandwich too. Kids all got mac n cheese and they ate every last bite. Would go here again in a... More

I wanted to bring my 12 yr daughter and her 5 friends here, b/c I know they will love your desserts... but worried about your menu choices for kids. I love your food, but dont remember anything children would eat.... Do you have simple items or can they modify anything.
Hi I was wondering about having a rehearsal dinner at your restaurant on Thursday evening June 30th for about 35 people??
