Olive garden's are pretty standard wherever you go. Good food, good service but this Olive Garden always seem to have a very long wait - we don't even attempt it on a Friday or Sat night there's an hour to 1 1/2 hr wait.
My family went there to eat with a moderate wait which was just fine. Upon arriving at our table the wait staff was exemplary. The gentleman made recommendations as well as explained the meal. He inquired as to the what people like and make suggestions accordingly. A problem did exist though with the return of our meal. When delivered to... More
We go to this location quite a bit it's out of our way but we always get good service and the food has never been bad. This restaurant is clean and the staff is very good. Would highly recommend.
Forcing customers to do their own check out at a kiosk. OLIVE GARDEN is trying to save labor costs by forcing customers to do their employees work. I told the waiter we did NOT want to check out with the kiosk. He brought the kiosk back to the table and shoved it in my face. The employees can take payments... More
Comfortable, good service, great food at reasonable prices. Able to converse without talking loudly to be heard.
Stayed at the Fairfield Inn and the Olive Garden is in their back yard. Nice and close and not a long walk. The staff was very pleasant and the food was good. Being it was only myself, I sat at the bar and ate while watching TV.
Like any other Olive Garden. Food is good, staff is good, portions good. But, they are pricing themselves out of our market. With soft drink, meal and 15% tip expect to pay about $50. Too many other good options to eat out without spending that much.
The food was good but typical for Olive Garden but the staff excelled in customer service. From the time we arrived, everyone focused on what we wanted. Polite helpful- make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Would return just for the service.
