Closed as of late winter 2017. A shame. This was a great after work watering hole. Congrats to Gene and the staff for many years of solid food and service. You will be missed.

Went there for our anniversary last week expecting an excellent meal as it has always been great in the past. We haven't been there for a couple of years, but always had a good meal and great service. Not this time. Service was very slow....More

Brisket was dry, steak was mediocre, not sure why this place has such a great reputation. The food and menu really was lacking. In my opinion.
Had the brisket and rib combo. Ribs weren't to my liking but the brisket was great. Also had the onion rings that were billed as billings best and the weren't wrong. Karla was our friendly server who did a great job. Well done
A unique historic downtown building. Great staff. Food was excellent but three steak prices were ridiculous. We had cattle breeders from Montana, Pennsylvania, New York and South Dakota in the group. None of us found the prices acceptable. I would eat here again but I'll...More
